Western Union

• 1). Go to a Western Union office, call 1-800-325-6000 or go to WesternUnion.com and set up a transfer in person.
  
  
• 2). Set up a transfer by filling out the transfer form using the hotel name, address, phone number and email address if available. For transfers online, you will be required to create a free account.
  
  
• 3). Pay the Western Union fees and provide the funds for transfer. Transfers made in person can be paid in cash or credit card. Transfers made over the phone or online must be made using a debit or credit card.
  
  

PayPal

• 1). Create an account on PayPal and verify it using your Social Security number or bank account information.
  
  
• 2). Add funds to your PayPal account with an online transfer from your bank account.
  
  
• 3). Send funds to the hotel by using its PayPal number or its PayPal email address.
  
  

Electronic Bank Transfer

• 1). Go to your bank and set up an electronic bank transfer.
  
  
• 2). Fill out the transfer form with the hotel's name, address, account number and routing number. The hotel might opt to contact your bank directly without giving you its account information, for security reasons.
  
  
• 3). Authorize and transfer money directly from your bank account to the hotel bank account.
