- 1). Call Verizon Wireless by dialing 611 on your phone or 800-922-0204 from another line.
- 2). Select the menu option to speak with the prepaid department.
- 3). Advise the prepaid representative that you need help with programming your phone manually. The prepaid agent will walk you through manual programming; the exact process varies depending on the handset. As part of the manual programming process, the agent will give you a six-digit number to type into the phone. This number is the SPC.
