How to Make a Memory Sports Bottle
- 1). Go through your pictures and pick one or a few from significant competitions. If you've kept newspaper clippings of those events, select one or two stories, as well as the headlines.
- 2). Use your photo printer to make copies of the pictures, the headlines or the first few paragraphs of the stories. You may have to reduce the size some of the items, especially a headline, when you copy them so that they will fit on the bottle.
- 3). Cut out the items you have selected and copied.
- 4). Glue the photos to the bottle like a collage. You want to tell a story, a story that will motivate the athlete.
- 5). Protect your collage by applying clear packing tape or clear contact paper cut to size.
