How to Get the Old LimeWire Back
- 1). Uninstall your current version of LimeWire. Go to your "Control Panel" and select "Add/Remove programs." Select your version of LimeWire and run an uninstallation. Restart your computer.
- 2). Download the version of LimeWire you wish to install. You can access all of the previous versions of LimeWire using an online resource (see References). Select the exact version you want from the list. Click that version to be taken to a download page. Click "Download Limewire x.x."
- 3). Run the installation file you downloaded. Follow the onscreen prompts to install that version of LimeWire on your computer. You can now use the older version of LimeWire on your computer.
