- 1). Place tinfoil flat on the table. Rub olive oil or butter on the surface. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- 2). Season fish with salt and pepper. Lay fish flat on the foil. Coat with a small amount of olive oil or butter. Drizzle soy sauce on top of fish.
- 3). Fold tinfoil over fish. Start near the top fin then fold over the belly. Fold the ends over the head and tail.
- 4). Place in preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes for each inch of thickness.
