How to Unlock an UpStage
- 1). Turn the device so you can see the left side. Locate the switch at the top of the side panel, just above the button that switches the active side of the device. Move that switch down to unlock the keypad and navigational pad.
- 2). Press the button in the center of the navigational pad to bring up the "User Lock" screen. Notice a column of numbers on the screen, with the first number being highlighted.
- 3). Press up or down on the navigational pad to change which number is highlighted. When you reach the first number of the lock code, press the center button to select it.
- 4). Continue to use the navigational pad to highlight numbers and use the center button to select them. Once you have entered the entire correct lock code, press the left soft key to enter it and access the device.
