How to Install Nuance RealSpeak
- 1). Place the Nuance Solo Voices CD into the CD drive, and wait for it to auto run.
- 2). Click "Next," and wait for the software to install.
- 3). Click "Finish" once the software has completed its installation, and remove the CD from the CD drive.
- 4). Open the Texthelp Read&Write 7.1 or Read&Write GOLD 7.1 program by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
- 5). Click "Speech Options" in the "Speech Drop Down" menu in the toolbar. Make sure the "Use SAPI 5 voices" box is checked.
- 6). Click "Search" to allow the program to find all installed SAPI 5 voices on your computer.
- 7). Check the boxes beside the names of the voices that were installed. This will differ depending on the language of the Nuance RealSpeak CD. Click "OK."
- 8). Click the drop down box in the "Speech Options" dialog box, and select the name of the voice to use. Click "OK."
