Internet Anywhere Anytime - Mobile Broadband

While talking of mobile broadband we mean to cover a large area.
This may be ranging from a variety of wireless internet connections available such as portable modems, phone connections, data cards etc.
The network connections available are those of GPRS, 3G, LTE, WiMax, iBurst, Flash-OFDMA, EV-DO which are actually all satellite dependent.
However there are also mobile connection systems commonly known as CDMA, EDGE for GSM and HSPDA, HSUPA, HSPA for UMTS, 3G, Foma which are actually related to mobile broadband systems from masts.
Mobile broadband works through portable USB sticks and modems.
Once the stick is inserted into the laptop or notebook PC broadband internet access is made! This mode of internet connection is dependent on the 3G connection which uses the HSDPA and the HSUPA; which does the high speed download and upload respectively.
The downloading speed is up to 7mbps and the uploading speed is almost 2mbps which are the highest speeds available.
These speeds however may not be achievable everywhere.
The urban areas will have more connectivity than isolated or remote and rural areas.
Nowadays people have much less time and they try to utilize time while traveling and going from one place to another as well.
This is weher mobile broadband is most useful for students, business persons and people who have a tight work schedule.
A USB stick is easy to carry and works as a modem as well! Therefore carrying it inside the bag is not a big deal and the best part is that all these come at a very affordable price.
As this is a new concept mobile broadband is being offered only by some selected brands.
One shouldn't also expect the mobile broadband to work as fast as the home broadband and therefore abstain from playing online games and downloading media as connections are not really fast enough to support this.
