Should I Work From Home and Still Keep My Full Time Job?

One of the major concerns that so many people face when they are thinking about working from home is the idea that they have to quit their full time job in order to see true success working from home.
This is just not true.
You do not have to start a home based business full time.
In fact very few people who start working from home do it full time to start.
It's just not the best way to do it.
Especially if you have a job that pays you very well.
Ideally you want to start working your business on a part time level and then when your income reaches a level that makes you feel comfortable you can quit your job and kick your business up a notch by working full time.
You want to make very sure that your income is stable and high enough before you leave your job.
Otherwise you could end up putting yourself in a position to fail.
Starting part time doesn't mean that you can't make a lot of money right away.
Lots of people start part time and are still able to see the fruits of their labor in the first month or sometimes even their first week.
So how long is it going to take you to build up your income? I guess that all depends on how much money you need to make to be comfortable or how much money you're making now.
If you're making $30,000 - $50,000 a year it is entirely possible to reach that level in your first year.
If it is higher it will probably take you a little longer but it all depends on how hard you're willing to work part time and how strong your company's compensation plan is.
So yes, you can totally work from home and start a home based business while still keeping your full time job.
In fact it is preferred!
