How to Find an Accredited Hospital
- 1). Direct your web browser to The Joint Commission Quality Check web site: http://www.qualitycheck.org/consumer/searchQCR.aspx
- 2). Search for an accredited hospital using the drop-down menu for "By State" or search by Zip code. Click "Search."
- 3). Narrow your search by selecting the type of hospital service you would like or the type of hospital you need from the drop-down boxes on the page. Then click "Search." You can also narrow your search through the drop-down menu for type of provider or certification.
- 4). View detailed contact information, accreditation, special quality awards, hospital quality report and a list of services.
