You Don"t Have to Know How
How many times do you let not knowing how or having all the answers stop you from moving forward? Opportunity often comes without the "how" or the "way" being readily apparent.
We're asked to take that next step in faith and the how and the way will follow.
But for most of us, that is not in our nature.
Society has taught us to be very cautious in our approach.
We feel we must research and have all the facts in hand before taking any steps forward.
The one thing I've learned in the few years I've had my business is that those times I've truly stepped out in faith because I felt it was the right thing to do have also been those times that have been the most rewarding and allowed me to truly up-level my business.
And, the outcome has always been something better than I could have ever imagined.
I've always been amazed by how the right things seems to just show up when I'm willing to step out in faith, believing in the outcome.
I'm not saying that you should not do due diligence when assessing your next steps but what I am saying is that you need to trust that inner voice.
We can over-analyze a situation and let an opportunity pass us by.
Many times, circumstances may point to one thing but you know in your heart you should be doing something else.
Follow that intuition and I can assure you, you will be rewarded.
Part of stepping out in faith means you believe in the outcome.
Your belief has to be stronger than your doubt to succeed.
When you allow yourself to get weighed down in doubt, you miss the opportunity.
Your mindset has more influence on the outcome than you realize.
Don't worry so much about the path you're on, just focus on the best decision in front of you right now.
Each decision will lead you along your unique path towards a higher good.
Learn to spend your time trusting in the outcome rather than worrying about the future.
The future is unknown but what you do have is the moment in front of you.
Embrace that and trust that how will reveal at the right time.
Action Steps: Start catching yourself when you get caught up in worrying about the "how".
If you sense you're at a pivotal point in your business or a wonderful opportunity has presented itself, focus on your bigger vision and think about how your decision fits in with that bigger vision.
It may be a perfect fit but requires you to step out of your comfort zone to grasp it.
Not knowing the how is uncomfortable for so many of us.
Learn to push away the anxiety and doubt and instead focus only on the decision before you.
If you find yourself saying "what if", you've allowed doubt to creep in.
"What if" is in the future and beyond our control.
The only thing we know is what's in front of us and if you allow yourself to get quiet, you'll sense the right answer.
Learn to move forward based on that, even if it puts you outside your comfort zone for that is where your true potential lies.
