One way you can do this automatically is by using an autoresponder.
Now this is what an autoresponder does.
Instead of your personally replying to 1000 people that visits your website, you reply once using your responder.
You can achieve this by preloading messages into your autoresponder and it will follow up and deliver all the messages loaded into it at the set times you have allowed it to deliver thosemessages.
- Be consistent All the email follow up should follow a pattern that you will let your subscribers know about when they subscribed to your offer.
If you will be sending them information every 7 days, let them know about it so that they can keep their eyes open for all your messages on those days.
That way, you will achieve a higher email open rates.
- Build credibility.
It is very easy to destroy your credibility when you start sending your subscribers emails indiscriminately without considering the quality of the email or products.
You will loose your trust if your subscribers finds out that the products which they got through you is of the lowest quality.
In a nutshell, don't ruin your reputation and always make sure that your choice of products are the best for your clients if you want to gain their lifetime patronage.
