Popular Weight Watchers Points

How many times have you been around a Weight Watcher's member or group of members discussing "Points".
How many Points do you think this is? "Do you think this has a lot of points?" Until recently, I had no idea what a point is.
That's when I started doing my research.
I felt like I must be missing out on what everyone else is doing.
Here's what I discovered: Weight Watchers points are assigned to every item of food based on that food's calories, fiber and fat content.
Members are assisted by a "Weight Watchers Points Calculator" and "Weight Watchers Points List" which can be obtain at a local WW Center.
This program is also offered online through their official program website, where one can find support, point menus and calculators.
The main key to the success of this Points Plan is the teaching of portion control and the education the member receives on the nutrition information of certain foods.
Members can be frequently seen in Grocery stores, checking all labels and making the healthiest choices.
Another positive aspect of the Weight Watchers Points Plan, is the freedom and flexibility this program offers.
No food is out.
One just needs to have proper planning and make the healthiest choices.
After joining the program and following the Points Plan I was very happy with the results I have had.
The experience was generally positive, but the only thing I was a little put back by with was the group meetings I attended.
I think it was just the location I attended.
I decided not to let this bother me.
I looked online and found a different location to attend.
This meeting fit my needs better and was much more enjoyable.
The people at the new location were more understanding and were just the piece I needed.
