How to Send Email to a Sprint Phone Number
- 1). Access your email account. If you are using a web-based email, go to the website of the email provider in your Internet browser.
- 2). Log in to your email account. Enter your user name and password to access your email account.
- 3). Select the option to create a new email. In most email programs, clicking "New Message" or "Compose" opens up a blank email.
- 4). Compose the email. Sprint allows only up to 160 characters in a message sent to a phone number. Your message may be truncated if it is too long.
- 5). Fill in the "To" field. The email address to send the message to is the recipient's number at messaging.sprintpcs.com. For example, if the number you are emailing is 999-999-1234, the address to send the message to would be 9999991234@messaging.sprintpcs.com.
- 6). Send the message. Select "Send" to deliver the message to the recipient.
