Orangevale is a community in Sacramento's northeastern suburbs. The sites are equipped with water, sewer and electric connections. Most sites have 30-amp service, but 50-amp service is available. Pull-through sites are available, and some can handle big rigs. The Almond Grove Mobilehome & RV Park, is a no-frills facility that does not have bathrooms and showers or recreation facilities. High-speed wireless Internet access is available and pets are allowed. As of summer 2010, sites were $25 per night.

Guests must stay at least one week; the maximum stay is seven months. The property includes a clubhouse with a kitchen and a laundry room. Activities include playing pool and cards; special dinners are hosted on holidays.
