How to Get Webcam Mic for Ventrilo
- 1). Plug your webcam into your computer. If this is the first time that you are using this webcam, you may need to install additional software. If you have a laptop with a built-in webcam, you may skip this step.
- 2). Launch your Ventrilo client. Click the "Setup" button on the right side of the Ventrilo window. This opens a separate window.
- 3). Locate the "Input Device" drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the Setup window. Open the menu and select your webcam from the list of available microphones. If your webcam is the only recording device currently plugged into your computer, it will the the only option available. Click "OK" when finished.
