Extremely Terrible Brain Fog As One of Candida Symptoms
Brain fog is another candida or yeast infections symptom.
On this article, I show you one example or case from someone who sent me her condition.
She has been taking Nizoral for about 6 weeks and doing the really strict anti-yeast diet and for the past week, she has felt absolutely horrible! The brain fog had improved after starting the diet but now it's worse than ever! She is confused what could be going on? Also, she is getting really frustrated and she feels like this demon is defeating her.
Her urge to continue to fight is lessening and lessening.
She is so miserable and she has an extremely active one year old child to care for.
It sounds like candida die-off to me.
It's very surprising and I don't know what else it could be.
When Candida starts to die, it fights back.
Sometimes this is called the Herximer reaction.
I would suggest Mint Tea (better make it non-caffeine, much as you'd like it otherwise), and Emergen-C (consult your doctor), a fizzy vitamin C drink powder one adds to water and gets from health food stores or sometimes food co-ops and maybe really fancy grocery stores.
Taking Nizoral can be good, but again using this prescription will not help you with the putrefying waste sitting in your colon.
You must clean out the colon if you want to completely rid yourself of your candida.
Most people on prescription meds for candida - will have a return of candida after they are off the med because they have not cleaned out the breeding grounds of the candida - which is the colon.
You are probably still having a lot of brain fog for this reason.
Also, although I don't know what the diet is like, there can be no sugar or honey etc.
And also no packaged foods from stores, they all have additives.
Foods that have all the ingredients 'packaged' together - like 'mixes', etc and almost all pre-made soups are loaded with yeasts.
Drink ½ your body weight in ounces in pure water.
