A New Diet Called Calorie Shifting

Calorie shifting is becoming one of the most promising new diets that the world has seen in quite some time.
It focuses less on what you eat and more on how you eat it.
Altering your eating patterns can vastly affect your metabolism in a positive way.
In order for this diet to be successful, you must first figure out how much weight you want to lose.
A good starting point would be about 1 pound per week.
It is good to start with a small goal like this because it's an easy way to get your feet wet.
One pound of fat is equivalent to about 3500 calories, so in order to lose a pound per week you would need to cut out 500 calories per day.
To get the best results, you'll need to do some simple math or estimate roughly how many calories you normally eat in any given day.
For example a person eating an average of 2500 calories per day should reduce that to 2000 calories per day.
In order for your metabolism to increase and help you burn even more calories while at rest, your body needs to be constantly burning energy.
Here's where you'll need to get a little creative with things.
Try to eat as many meals as possible each day without going over your calorie limit, and try to make those meals each of different caloric value.
If your body is constantly burning the food that's in your stomach, then it will naturally raise your metabolism.
Try to avoid snacking whenever possible and remember to drink plenty of water!
