Eh, what's up doc? You may imitate the famous Cartoon character Bugs bunny with a carrot in hand, but only if you promise to do it every day! Carrots have the invulnerable beta carotene, which are a magic potion for your eyes.
Deficiency in vitamin A leads to dry eyes, corneal ulcers etc.
At least a carrot a day or even half will take care of your nutrition needs.
Look cool in the sun! Wear protective sunglasses; they not only add a cool look to your guise as well as protect your eyes from the harmful UV rays from the sun.
The UV rays penetrate the pupil and injure the retina.
Not all sunglasses give the UV protection - check for those sunglasses which offer at least 90 - 99% UV protection.
If nothing is mentioned, then don't bother buying - it's not always looks that matter you know! Hypnotised by the screen? No! Many people stare at their computer screens while working and reading all day long, sometimes they feel that even by blinking they might miss something.
