Protection While You"re Away, Can it Really Be Achieved?
Have you ever wondered what was happening when you were not there? I have heard stories, scary ones at that.
People have to worry about what their baby sitters are doing.
Especially if the sitter is a new person to your family.
It is a shame I agree yet it is something we must all be diligent about.
I have found a fairly inexpensive way to give you that peace of mind you need.
Imagine it though coming home after a nice evening with your significant other and finding your child with a bruise.
Maybe nothing, yet your child seems to be stand offish to the new sitter.
Thankful that your home, you ask your child about what happened and nothing is revealed.
The bruise isn't even that big of a deal, it could have been from rough housing with a sibling or the sitter.
Just a little too much fun.
You blow it off until the next time you decide to go out and your child throws a fit.
They say they don't want you to go.
You think it might be child separation anxiety.
What if it isn't, what if this new sitter has them so scared to tell on them that they won't tell you.
Nanny cams are a way to catch that behavior and than you won't have to interrogate your child when you get back.
Even a sound recording device will give you the peace of mind you might need.
Now, I know that an unruly babysitter is rare.
An unruly older sibling isn't.
Especially if you can't figure out how certain things get broke, even when you are there.
I have 3 boys now.
The two older ones have tried my patience often.
Just like today, my 4 year old decided to break the only working fan we have.
He didn't do it by accident he mulishly broke it to see it break.
That's all just to see if he could.
It took me roughly a ½ an hour to get the truth.
If I had installed the nanny cam in his room instead of the living room.
I would have just looked at the film and there would not have been any lying or argument.
After a security system went in for the outside, I believe I am going to put in a series of hidden cameras though out the house.
If for nothing else it will give me evidence of what I own.
Especially if there is some kind of natural disaster and the insurance company wants a list of what I need to replace.
I can retrieve a tape from my achieves and have a complete record of my stuff.
Imagine being able to catch your teenager trying to sneak out with a teddy bear cam that she keeps in her room.
Especially, when she doesn't know that the camera is in the bear and the angle on the film keeps changing.
She may never figure out where the camera is.
With the economy going down the toilet I can't imagine any of us spending a lot of time out on the town.
The peace of mind and the lying factor shut down, should make us all want hidden cameras.
Maybe it's just me, I am under the impression that everyone is having struggles with certain security issues.
I am just trying to enlighten you to a possible way of fixing them.
