I Need a Copy of the Three Day Diet - Should You Get a Copy Or Run For the Hills?

Recently a co worker of mine said I need a copy of the three day diet.
I asked him why and he told me all about it.
The whole goal of this diet is to help you lose up to 10 pounds in three days or 72 hours.
It supposedly gives you quick weight loss, a cleansing effect and more energy.
We will discuss this diet in more detail.
Day One- You must make sure you drink 64 ounces of water every day.
Some say you can have drinks with no calories like diet soda, but personally I saw keep those away.
For breakfast have a grapefruit.
For lunch have a can of tuna.
Dinner have an apple and 3 ounces of lean meat Day Two- Again make sure to have 64 ounces of water.
For breakfast have 1 hard boiled egg and a half of a banana.
For lunch have a can of tuna or 8 ounces of cottage cheese.
For dinner have 5 ounces of baked or bbq chicken and an apple Day Three- 64 ounces of water is a must again.
I realized that you can eat the same foods for day three as you do for day one.
Remember that this is not a long term diet but more of a short term weight loss for something like an event or some other important event.
Whenever you hear I need a copy of the three day diet make sure that person understands how the diet works.
