Employees are the key resources who directly or indirectly improve sales. It is advisable to all business owners to keep their employees contented. The reason being, a company's productivity is directly related to its human resource and their performance. It is important to motivate them to perform better and encourage team work in work place. Business owners should not over look this fact and must make sure that they are satisfied through out their tenure of employment.

A token of appreciation: Employees who have been in your industry for long must be recognized. A Senior person must be given a corporate gift as a token of appreciation. It makes him feel proud of being associated with the company for long and would retain old and well experienced staff for a longer time as they are your key resource.

Motivate team work: If you think a team has performed extremely well, you can think of gifting something for the whole team.
