If you are a citizen of a country that is not listed here or you are unsure about your visa situation, please contact one of the Danish Embassies in your country (contact information see below). I cannot give any legal advice.
Should you need a tourist or business visa you can contact a Danish embassy near you to find out more. Normally, short stay visas issued by Danish missions abroad are valid for the entire Schengen region (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden). A tourist visa does not allow you to work in Denmark.
Spouses and children of EU and EEA nationals (providing spouse’s passport and the original marriage certificate/proof of joint household are produced), and nationals of some other countries, if related directly, may receive visas free of charge.
For detailed assistance and visa application questions, contact a Danish embassy near you.
