The irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a disorder may be caused by the quick reaction of the food and the stress. It is simultaneously characterized by the blotting, constipation, abdominal pain and diarrhea. It is firmly described as the disease which leads to the distress and discomfort. Though, it is not so danger for us as we can claim cancer. It is not a serious problem because it can temporarily affect the intestine.  We can commonly control the disorder of bowel syndrome by practicing some diet and performing meditation or taking exercise.

To soothe constipation one should add fiber in the diet should drink plenty of water and should be continuing in taking the exercise.

There is of course home remedies for the IBS to be followed of which one can bid bye to this syndrome and they are the following-
•    Eating is the automation to soothe your IBS so healthy diet can surely benefit you. You should have 4 or 5 of small diets instead of tusking 2 or 3 of large diet at a time.
•    You can add Fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts to your daily diet and should have your super approximately two hours before you go to the sleep at night.
•    You can take two teaspoonful of brandy in one glass of lukewarm water to soothe the disorder.
•    You can take one teaspoon of honey with adding two drops of dill oil in it after every meal.
