Super Nutrition - Nutritious Vs Cheerful

Coffee For Water I learned my greatest lesson in super nutrition from my grandfather.
He was a simple logger who lived with the animals, drank coffee instead of water, and was not concerned much at all with how he ate.
  Food was food.
It tasted good and kept you alive.
Not A Care In The World He was an intelligent man who could have been a high-profile accountant or attorney but he chose, instead, to live his life in the relaxed setting of the woods with the animals.
He often had just barely enough money for a cup of coffee but somehow that didn't bother him.
Which is More Important: What or How? The thing is, my grandfather lived to be 100.
He enjoyed his life and his work nearly all of those years.
Many times his life has compelled me to think about the difference between what we take into our bodies and how we take it in.
Bad Tears Down More Than Good Builds Up Many, especially in our time, are constantly worried about their diet and whether they are getting proper nutrition, as well as a multitude of other things.
Their food, though nutritious, is taken in quickly and in the midst of concerns about life and what they are eating.
I have come to believe that eating food in a cheerful and relaxed frame of mind is much more important than eating food that is nutritious.
To eat food while anxious about life or whether your food is healthful spoils the digestion.
A sour and nervous disposition will create a sour and nervous stomach.
And this does more to undermine health than good nutrition can do to build it up.
It's All How You Look At It The best course is to eat the best you know how and then not worry about your food at all.
Simple give thanks for it and trust that it will give you strength.
To eat in this mindset is to bring good digestion and better health than super nutrition.
