My SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player Is Frozen: How Do I Turn it Off?
- 1). Locate the "Power" switch on the device. On the View, Fuze or Clip players, this is a slide switch located on the side of the device. On other Sansa players, this is a combined "Power/Menu" button.
- 2). Press or slide the power switch into the "on" position and hold it in this position for at least 20 seconds.
- 3). Release the "Power" switch to complete the reset.
- 4). Turn the MP3 player back on by pressing and releasing the "Power" switch as you normally would.
