Breaking Bad ‘Gliding Over All’ Review
The last episode of Breaking Bad seemed to be very dramatic and uncertain till the end but actually there was nothing much that happened on the show's finale. And until next year, no more episodes will continue, so let's see the review of the finale episode of 2012.
Here we start with Walt and Todd as they are planning to destroy Mike's body by crushing it in Junkyard Joe. But much to their surprise, Jesse enters the scene and enquires about Mike. And Walt doesn't reveal the facts about Mike instead he says that he could deal with it on his own and that he is the only one left. So what do you think might have happened with the new guy?
Next, Walt comes to meet Lydia to get the list of names of Mike's nine men. But At first Lydia hesitates to present him the list as she fears that Walt would kill her after getting the list. The suspicion grew in her as Walt was claiming repeatedly that he won't be of any use for her unless she reveals the list.
Then Lydia suggests offering him help in expanding Walt's business in the Czech Republic to which he shakes hands with her in acceptance to the idea. After this we see Lydia handing over the list of names to Walt and then she leaves. Walt's actual plan was to kill Lydia as we see that he had with him a bottle of ricin hidden under his hat.
Walt comes to meet up with Todd's uncle in jail to discuss with him his plan of killing Mike's nine men also in prison. Walt orders him to gather all the nine men and have them shot within two minutes of each other. Although it sounds impossible to Todd's uncle, Walt makes him do the hit and we see a dramatic killing of all the nine men within minutes. The scene of murdering the men was not very pleasant to watch and it seemed to look so crazy. Hank comes to know about the killings of his inmates in prison and is agitated over it.
Next it shows that Skyler wants her kids back and at a point we see her showing Walt the pile of money that she had hid. She tells him that she has loads of money for more than a lifetime and just wants to live with her kids.
Then Walt makes a surprise visit to Jesse's home when they start to recollect their past. When he leaves he leaves Jesse a giant bag of cash. Then Jesse is seen collapsing and sides away the gun that he hid in his pocket.
We see Walt coming back home to tell Skyler that he is finally out. So when you see that everything is fine at the end, the scene leads to Hanks going to the bathroom where he comes across Walt Whitman's €Leaves of Grass€. Inside it had a note from G.B to W.W. where G.B is Gale Boetticher who was the chemist that got murdered by Jesse. He recognized that Walter had the same initials as W.W and truth strikes him when the episode ends.
So keep waiting till the next season to arrive to know what comes next.
