How to Install MS Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise
- 1). Insert the Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition installation disk. After a moment, the disk will spin and the installation wizard will appear. Click "Next."
- 2). Examine the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Visual Studio 6. If you agree to the terms, select "I accept the agreement" and click "Next."
- 3). Enter the ten-digit serial number that is included with Visual Studio 6, along with the name and company name to which the product is registered. Click "Next." At this point, depending on the current status of your system, the Visual Studio 6 installation utility may display a message explaining that updates for the Microsoft Virtual Machine for Java need to be installed. If you do not see this message, skip to Step 5.
- 4). Click "Next" to install the update for the Microsoft Virtual Machine for Java, then click "OK" to restart the computer. The Visual Studio 6 installation utility will open automatically after the computer restarts.
- 5). Click the "Products" radio button, then click "Next" twice.
- 6). Place a check in the box next to each component of Visual Studio 6 that you would like to install. Click "Next."
- 7). Click "OK," then click "Finish" when the installation process is complete.
