Microfibre Towels and Cleaning Cloths

Have you got one of those dusters that leaves more dust behind that cleans or streaks on your glass? Do polishes and other cleaning fluids blind you with science as to which is the right one? That need not be the case anymore thanks to microfibre.
This new material is cleaner and greener for the environment.
It is made up of tiny filaments which attract dust due to electrostatic properties without the use of any cleaning fluids.
Microfibre is made up of repeatedly pressing and intertwining nylon and polyester fibres together to form a highly absorbent material.
This enables microfibre to hold up to eight times its weight in water which means that not only does it make great dusters but also floor mops and for mopping up spills.
Dust is trapped in the micro thin filaments with ease and due to the microstructure is not released until the cloth is submersed in hot water.
This means that dirt is not transferred to and from different surfaces.
This also means that they are excellent for cleaning highly sensitive areas where bacteria are prone to collect such as hospitals and kitchens cleaning an impressive 99% of bacteria compared to 33% by other cleaning cloths.
It has been proven by test that bacteria are less likely to grow or multiply on microfibre or any where used.
When used is such places like bathrooms or areas where bacteria are high then just soak the cloth in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to kill them off and then ready for use again germ free.
Microfibres are constructed of tiny capillaries of a dense ultra fine weave structure which enable cloths and mops to absorb huge amounts of water.
This makes an excellent choice for cleaning your windows leaving a gleaming streak free finish so no need to get out the vinegar bottle and yesterday's newspaper.
Mopping a floor can sometimes be challenging as traditional mops can leave the floor with surface water making them slippy and taking time to dry.
Due to the high absorbency of microfibre this is a thing of the past.
The microfibre mop cleans efficiently and absorbs surface water leaving your floor almost dry.
Microfibre comes in various shapes and sizes from a small lens cloth to large deluxe towels.
As a general all round cloth the classic is best.
This is suitable for your everyday cleaning of cookers, sinks, mirrors but to mention a few.
They are also very good for cleaning your car and motorbike, leaving a high polish with no streaks.
For those special surfaces that are susceptible to scratching like chromes and paintwork a deluxe cloth is recommended.
These are extremely popular in the motor trade to get that high gloss finish.
Opticians and photographers find them useful for wiping away greasy fingerprints off lenses and use a small microfibre cloth that is made of a less rugged flat fibre.
Using conventional cloths means using conventional cleaning fluids and chemicals which can cause many health problems and allergies by giving off toxic fumes.
Due to the microfibre properties, that can be a thing of the past, all you will need is hot water for most surfaces or just a dry cloth around electrical items.
With most products you pay for what you get.
So where microfibre may be slightly more expensive than conventional cloths but they last longer and because they do not use any fluids make them more cost effective and making cleaning safer and healthier.
