How to Pay an Old Bill From BellSouth
- 1). Go to AT&T's BellSouth website at http://www.bellsouth.com to pay your old bill online if you have a current BellSouth account. If you do not have a current account or don't want to pay online, go to Step 3.
- 2). Click the blue "Pay Bill" link under "Quick Links" to log in to your account. Once you have accessed your account, select the online payment option "One Time Payment" and enter your checking or credit card account information, including the amount from your old bill.
- 3). Pay your bill over the phone by clicking the "AT&T Other Payment Options" link in the Resources section of this article. The link takes you to the AT&T Billing and Payment Options website. You can also call the "Pay by Phone" number listed on the site. Follow the phone prompts to complete your payment.
- 4). Visit a local payment center and pay with an In-Person Payment agent by calling the "Pay in person" telephone number listed under the AT&T Other Payment Options section of the AT&T Billing and Payment Options web page.
- 5). Call the toll-free telephone number listed under your service type on the AT&T Residential Call Us page (see Resources section of this article) for "Payments for Past Due Bills" if your old bill is past due.
