How to Activate a Loestrin 24 Prescription Card
- 1). Go to the Loestrin 24 FE website and click on the "Patient Savings Card" tab.
- 2). Click on the "activate your card online" link.
- 3). Click the "Enroll Now" button.
- 4). Enter the ID number from your Loestrin 24 Patient Savings Card in the text box and click the "Submit ID" button. The ID number is printed on the front of the Patient Savings Card and is unique to that card.
- 5). Provide your identifying information, including name, address, phone number and email address. Click the "Submit" button.
- 6). Confirm your information and click "Activate" to complete the activation process. You will receive an instant confirmation when the card has been successfully activated.
