How to Clean a Supply Tool Belt

    • 1). Apply castile soap to a soft bristle brush. Lather the soap with water. Scrub the outside of the supply belt. Wipe off excess soap with a moist soft cloth.

    • 2). Apply castile soap to a toothbrush. Lather the soap with water. Scrub the inside of the pouches on the belt. Wipe off excess soap with a moist soft cloth. Let the belt dry for 4 hours.

    • 3). Heat 4 cups of water in a cooking pot. Heat the water to a simmer, but do not boil the water. Pour 4 ounces of lanolin into a glass container. Place the glass container into the cooking pot. The hot water melts the lanolin.

    • 4). Pour 6 ounces of neat's foot oil into the container with lanolin. Mix the lanolin and neat's foot oil with a glass stirrer.

    • 5). Moisten a soft cloth with the mixture. Rub the mixture on the exterior and interior of the belt using your fingertips. Let the mixture completely absorb for 2 hours. Your supply tool belt is now clean.
