The new community at HASBIZconnect will give Home And Small Business owners an opportunity to connect with each other like never before. Many of these owners used to have great jobs until the kids came and they either decided to stay home or needed to. They went from being in the middle of the social buzz to being isolated - well not completely - thank goodness for Facebook.

So why not just connect on Facebook you might ask? Well I love Facebook as much as anyone and as many of my friends know I live on Facebook. However, that is not really the ideal place to conduct business. It is great for checking out pictures and chatting with friends and I would never want anyone to take that away from me.

However, we Home And Small Biz owners need a LinkedIn type place to connect with each other. Unfortunately, LinkedIn doesn't quite work for me as it is geared more towards a corporate crowd. And I have yet to figure out how to collaborate with anyone on LinkedIn.

So imagine LinkedIn and Facebook coming together - not entirely - and you have HASBIZconnect. It will be a place where people can connect, collaborate and even support each other.

The goals here are simple! I want to find people who I can connect with so that I can potentially look for people to Collaborate with - Joint Venture with. The second goal is to help these Home And Small Biz owners sell more using innovative methods because that's another thing they don't have. They are so isolated that they have limited ways to learn how to get their product or service out there. So through articles and the blog at http://www.HASBIZconnect.com the community will help these Home And Small Biz owners learn these innovative ways to market themselves, increase their sales and create a better lifestyle for themselves.
