Is Tony Robbins Right? A Video Review
Last night I was on a call with my mastermind group - 2 other Aussie entrepreneurial women (we are embarking on a 90 day challenge) and they mentioned a video they had both watched that day... it's a discussion between Tony Robbins, Frank Kern and John Reese - I was compelled to watch it due to the energy and excitement these two were generating talking about the video - I had to see it even though the hour was late and the video runs for around 40 minutes.
I am extremely grateful that this video came across my path and that I took the time to watch it - it is very powerful. The three guys discuss many things and the conversation starts with Frank Kern asking Tony Robbins why so many people buy products but they don't take action. This is a great question and I am sure anyone reading this article can think of a time this relates to you.
This is a subject close to my heart. I am forever intrigued by mindset and how powerful our minds are and although I believe it, my left brain / old beliefs often struggle against it, you may be able to relate to this yourself. So how do we definitely change this behaviour? What is the key to a successful mindset?
The answer lies in visualising and believing without a doubt the outcome. See yourself as if its already happened. Now you may say "that's easy for you to say but..." my response is give it a go - you have nothing to lose but your old habits and behaviours that are not serving you. Tony shows in his video how visualising can easily work with all three guys on their feet demonstrating an example of the power of the mind.
In your visualisation, see yourself as if it has already happened, you are driving your new Porsche, signing the deal, making sales, at that holiday location, in your new house, fit, toned and fabulous... feel it, breathe it in and allow it to unfold. The trick is to routinely practice, which means everyday - twice a day for optimal results. Take just five minutes to sit quietly and visualise and feel the happiness and joy your desired outcome will bring you.
Tony Robbins also draws a diagram of the cycle we go through - explaining we all have an equal amount of potential, but some of us do not take the required action, so no results show up and that reinforces our belief that "this won't work" or "I'm not good enough" or "it will never happen for me" and that feeds our potential and so the cycle continues.
I strongly encourage you to watch this video, it is extremely powerful and delivered by 3 of the most successful entrepreneurs on the planet - so I guess they know what they are talking about.

I would love your feedback - let me know what you thought of the video, if you practicing your visualisation and what works for you. Visit my blog http://www.annieslater.com and let me know.
