- 1). Visit a website that has a PSP decompressor available for download. An example would be the one from PSP-Hacks (see Resources).
- 2). Download the program and open it. Since it is in ZIP format, you may need to download and install a program that can open ZIP format first, such as WinRar (see Resources).
- 3). Open the ZIP file and activate the compressor EXE file by double-clicking on it.
- 4). Click on the button with the three dots on it ("...") next to the box labelled "Input File(s)." Find your CSO file and double-click on it.
- 5). Click on the circle on the left next to the text that reads "Uncompress CSO-ISO." Then click "Compress" at the bottom of the program to begin the conversion.
