1Double-click on your Excel document file to open it automatically in Microsoft Excel.

Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard, next to F12, to do a screen capture of the Excel spreadsheet that you see on your monitor.

Click "Start" on the desktop, then select "All programs," "Accessories" then "Paint."

Click "Edit" in the Paint menu bar and select "Paste." The Excel screenshot appears.

Click "File," then "Save as." Click on the "Save as type," dropdown menu and select "JPEG." Enter a name for your file in the "File name" textbox and click "Save" to save the Excel file as JPEG.
